Holding hope for you until
you can feel it for yourself.
There is hope.
Needing a therapist is not indicative of weakness. We all need support sometimes. There's no shame in that.
It's so important to have a place to work through the lies you're believing, and also the lies your brain is feeding you without your consent.

You deserve to wake up in the morning and not dread your day. You deserve to go to sleep at night without anxiety swirling in your brain. These are things we can work on together. You deserve to have things to look forward to, people in your life who you know love you, and you deserve to be able to look in the mirror and love yourself as well.
There is more to life than just getting by.
"What I'm doing now isn't working"
'My friends don't know how to help or support me."
"No one loves me."
"I'm trying to feel better but I'm still haunted by trauma."
"I feel alone."
Depression and anxiety are liars. They can make you feel like nothing is worth it, everything is pointless (depression). They can make you feel like nothing is safe or okay (anxiety). Your own brain can even lie to you. "I don't matter." "I'm ugly." "I'll never succeed."
Let's connect
My role is simply to come alongside you, help you troubleshoot life challenges, process trauma and/or life stressors, and help you navigate hard emotions.

On the other side of your depression, there is a life worth living. You will be able to enjoy the little, good things about life. On the other side of your anxiety, you will be able to breathe, to sleep, to be around other people and feel like you have the right to be there and take up space. You will be able to believe that you're not inferior to anyone else on this planet.
